Privacy Policy

Presence Pulse is a digital marketing studio operated from North Carolina, United States. This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, we never sell personal information, and analytics runs only if you allow it.
Information you send us
If you email us, call, or book a meeting, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement.
Meeting booking runs through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, so the information you enter there is also handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
Analytics, only with your consent
When you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how visitors move through the site. If Google signals is active, Google may associate this data with signed-in Google accounts according to each user's own Google settings.
If you choose "Essential only," none of these tools load. Either way, the site works exactly the same.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
What we never do
Three commitments that do not change:
- We never sell personal information.
- We do not run advertising or tracking networks on this site.
- Client work and client data stay confidential under our written agreements, separate from this site.
How long we keep information
Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful to the relationship. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Who we share with
Only the service providers that make the site run: Google (analytics and booking), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. That is the whole list.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, whatever state or country you live in. Email drew.m@presencepulse.digital and we will respond within 30 days. You can change your analytics choice anytime through "Cookie choices" in the footer.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
